規(guī)整散亂的線、換新脫的墻皮，“子”更“好”；加裝電、引入物業(yè)務，“里子更“好住”…奧成公寓遷的故事，我國城鎮(zhèn)老小區(qū)改造探經驗、持續(xù)進的一個縮。當前，我城市發(fā)展進城市更新的要時期，由規(guī)模增量建轉為存量提改造和增量構調整并重由于年代久、缺乏維護老舊小區(qū)普存在基礎設老化、停車堵、環(huán)境較等問題。全推進這些小的改造，成提升老百姓得感、實施市更新行動重要內容。實際效果看不少小區(qū)通因地制宜改，增加了停場、充電設、文化休閑施等配套服，居民生活加便利；提了排水防澇力，更新了舊燃氣管網城市運行更全。2022年前11月，各地結合老小區(qū)改造，提升和規(guī)整電氣熱信等類管線6.55萬公里，加裝電梯1.67萬部，增設養(yǎng)老托育等類社區(qū)服務施9095個，群眾的獲感、幸福感安全感不斷強。老舊小改造既是實在在的民生程，也是潛巨大的發(fā)展程。一方面改造拉動上游多個行業(yè)展，并且還拉動戶內裝裝修、家電新等方面的費；另一方，通過新增老托幼、醫(yī)助餐等服務創(chuàng)造大量工崗位并帶動多有效投資但也要看到老舊小區(qū)改存在點多面、工作量大資金平衡困等問題，還發(fā)動政府、民、社會力共同參與。其中，建立元化融資機、強化基層織建設等，是破題之舉在奧成公寓將群眾呼聲高的“急難盼”放在優(yōu)改造，居民發(fā)成立的業(yè)會一次次上協(xié)調，社區(qū)立志愿者隊定期對獨居人上門服務便是最生動例證。當前各地圍繞服“一老一小惠民生、籌改造資金穩(wěn)資、完善長管理促發(fā)展方面，持續(xù)索老舊小區(qū)造新路徑，門聯動、條協(xié)作、專業(yè)營單位及市力量積極參的氛圍日漸厚?！笆?”時期，我將基本完成2000年底前建成的約21.9萬個城鎮(zhèn)老舊小區(qū)的造任務。聚為民、便民安民，通過斷健全統(tǒng)籌調、居民參、項目推進長效管理等制，期待更老舊小區(qū)改新顏值、煥新氣質，讓眾在城市生得更方便、舒心、更美。 編輯：齊?
